RETURNS


Two types of returns are accepted:

    
Commercial Refund
    
Return for defective delivery.

 
COMMERCIAL RETURN

It occurs when the customer wants to return any product without any type of incident, either by repentance, change of mind, or that the product, although it corresponds exactly with the description and photo of our website, is not liked by the buyer. The deadline to communicate this return is 30 calendar days from receipt by the customer, if it is a holiday, leave a record by mail of the intention of the return by commercial.

 

To do this you must send info@botasdevalverde.es the data of the product to be returned:

    
-Order number.
    
-Number of reference of the article.
    
-Cause of the return.

 

Once we have received it, we will proceed to process the return.

The usual procedure will be the following:
We will contact you to inform you of the acceptance of the return, and the delivery address, which must be clearly indicated on the packaging. You must deliver the product to us within 4 days from the date on which the acceptance of the return was communicated. (After this period, the return will not be accepted).

The products have to arrive in the same state in which they were sent, that is, they should not have any type of breakage mark, etc.

If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned immediately to the customer and said return will not be accepted.

botasdevalverde.es will proceed to refund the money within a maximum period of 72 hours, once you have received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition.

Throughout the process, we will keep you promptly informed through email.
In this case the amount of postage will be borne by the customer, both the first delivery (that bootsdevalverde.es deducted from the total amount of the return) and the cost of the subsequent shipment to our warehouses, which will have to be done by the customer , as well as the commissions that have produced the chosen form of payment (if any).

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE DELIVERY

It occurs when the product delivered does not match the one specified in the order (for example, it asks for a hat and received a bag) or it has been hit and damaged externally, during its shipment.
If this happens, you must communicate immediately, and within a period of less than 48 hours from receipt thereof, to botasdevalverde.es sending an e-mail to info@botasdevalverde.es. Once we receive this e-mail we will begin to process your return. If you received the damaged packaging it is very important that you indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of receipt.

The usual procedure will be the following:
We will contact you by e-mail indicating your return number that you must clearly indicate on the packaging. Later, we will send a transporter to your home for collection, and we will proceed to send you the correct product.
Throughout the process, we will keep you promptly informed through email.
In this type of return, all collection and delivery costs will be borne by Botas de Valverde.


CHANGE FOR ANOTHER ARTICLE

If after receiving the product, the customer wants another size, all collection costs and new delivery will be borne by Botas de Valverde.


If instead of changing for another size of the same model, the customer requests a change for another product, all collection costs and new delivery will be borne by Botas de Valverde, provided that the product is the same price or higher than the one that wants to change.
